End User License Agreement (EULA) for Tapped Ai

This End User License Agreement (the "Agreement") is a legally binding contract between you (the "User") and Tapped Industries Inc. (the "App"), governing your use of the Tapped App and its associated services. By accessing or using the Tapped App, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by the terms and conditions set forth in this Agreement. If you do not agree with these terms, you may not use the Tapped App.

Tapped Industries Inc. grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Tapped App solely for the purpose of connecting artists and promoters for live performances, in accordance with the terms of this Agreement.

2.1. You agree to use the Tapped App in a manner consistent with all applicable laws, regulations, and this Agreement.

2.2. You acknowledge and agree that you are solely responsible for your conduct while using the Tapped App.

2.3. You shall not post, transmit, or share any content that is objectionable, offensive, abusive, harmful, defamatory, obscene, or otherwise violates any law or infringes upon the rights of others.

2.4. You shall not engage in any abusive, harassing, or discriminatory behavior towards other users of the Tapped App.

2.5. You shall not use the Tapped App for any unlawful or fraudulent purposes.

3.1. You retain ownership of any content you post or share on the Tapped App.

3.2. By posting or sharing content on the Tapped App, you grant Tapped Industries Inc. a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, distribute, and display such content for the purpose of operating and improving the Tapped App.

3.3. You represent and warrant that you have all necessary rights and permissions to post or share the content on the Tapped App and that such content does not infringe upon any third-party rights.

4.1. Tapped Industries Inc. reserves the right to terminate or suspend your access to the Tapped App at any time, without prior notice, for any violation of this Agreement.

4.2. Upon termination, all licenses and rights granted to you under this Agreement will immediately cease, and you must discontinue all use of the Tapped App.

5.1. Tapped Industries Inc. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Tapped App, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or goodwill.

5.2. In no event shall the total liability of Tapped Industries Inc. exceed the amount paid by you, if any, for accessing the Tapped App.

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction where Tapped Industries Inc. is registered. Any disputes arising under or in connection with this Agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that jurisdiction.

By using the Tapped App, you signify your acceptance of this Agreement. If you do not agree to the terms and conditions outlined in this Agreement, please refrain from using the Tapped App.
